Well given how I tend to see them portrayed, I imagine they'd first get violent, then get really fragging depressed. No matter how well they dod or don't get on amongst themselves, Motormaster was their central component in forming Menasor. Either they'd end up having to be put in the brig, or undergo psychological counselling - probably both.

There's also another factor I recalled too, the other Seekers - the Coneheads. Sure, they're a slightly different model, but they're still Seekers, they'll probably also take to the sparklings. Probably make good background sparkling-minders in future scenes, even if you don't make a major feature of them.
