Oh, I've turned Sam into a Seeker three times now, (four if you count twice in two stories, one a sequel to the other one.)
In "Further Complications" Sam was bodyswapped with Starscream...he had to pretend to be Starscream and Ratchet called Thundercracker and made out that the lightning strike that swapped them had wiped how to fly from 'Starscream's' processors. Tc had to send the info. Thus in the sequel "Sky Hunger" Sam, having been a Seeker temporarily at least, ALREADY knew how to fly...
In the Snippet titled "By Any Other Name" (chapter 3 in "Sam's Snippets" he has to learn to walk, (because it doesn't go far enough to get Sam learning to fly...*gigglesnort*)
And yes, you read "Seekers Come In Threes." I'm currently working on that one's sequel, "What It Is To Be Seeker." Okay, it's possible seeler!Sam might automatically learn to fly, but to my mind it makes more sense (and thus isn;t too easy) id he has to learn first...
