Ok, so this is inspired by a post on tfanonkink. There doesn't need to be any porn in this, though.
The Prompt:
Background: So the Decepticons want to conquer the universe (or at least Cybertron), right? What if they win, Megatron sets up his Decepticon Empire--and it turns out he's not half bad at this whole 'ruling the planet' thing? Problem is, they still have all these die-hard Autobot loyalists still determined to fight the 'evil' Decepticons until the bitter end ...
Preferences: We've all seen fics where Autobots had to rehabilitate Decepticon survivors/POWs after the war--I'd love to see one where Decepticons have to figure out where Autobots fit into their new empire. :D Preference is definitely for in-character Decepticons as much as possible--no AU or SG personalities, just tough military mecha who are now trying to rebuild/build their empire. Would LOVE to see some variant on enlightenedconqueror!Megatron having to deal with a defeated-but-defiant!Optimus, or any other Decepticon/Autobot parings that strike people's fancy.
Basically, I want to see the Decepticons winning the war, but without the Autobots ending up dead or enslaved, or the 'Cons acting like sparkless monsters.
