Oh, I would be willing to share a LOT. Actually, the whole idea was along the lines that Starscream and Skyfire travel together and meet the Enterprise. The two have never seen organics before, so they assume the next logical thing... a poor helpless Transformer - and after a scan they're sure he's infected by some strange organic desease. After all, he has organics everywhere! Meanwhile the humans are uncertain about this two spaceships that do not respond initially to their hails and think about attacking. XD
EDIT: The dialoge was more about Skyfire trying to warn the humans away from that sector, because the Enterprise probably wouldn't survive for long there.
I think I might have written a short snippet of it, might still have it somewhere....
