Ok. I will confess here. There are a couple very popular G1 Autobots that I'm not particularly fond of. Others I love beyond reason. Cliffjumper? Is the only Autobot I actively dislike. My problem with him is that he gets other people hurt with all his leaping before he looks. If it was his own aft that got handed to him, I wouldn't object. But practically the first thing he does in the cartoon is get Hound injured so badly (yes, ultimately Laserbeak's doing) he can't transform. Grrr.
You're right, it does make sense that Mirage would brush off personal attacks. ::nodnod:: I have a rescued Devon Rex cat, and she's quite the Queen of the house - I can imagine Mirage fussy just like she gets when she doesn't get her way. ^____________^
Would Nemo let him go... That is an excellent question. Not willingly. But Seaspray can take care of himself. And through superior technology, which Nemo would respect in his gentlemanly way, Seaspray could maintain his freedom. Well, and I'm not sure he'd fit inside the Nautilus...certainly not through the usual hatch for humans. ^^; ::adding rereading that book to long list of stuff I ought to do...::
