Two Ideas

Not sure if these are any good...

1.Some unlucky Bot or Con gets stuck touring different dimensions.
The dimensions would be the different transformers shows.

For example tfa Bumblebee could end up trapped in G1 then find himself stuck in the movie then Beast Wars.

2.It is revealed to Bumblebee that Sam Witwicky isn't human but a terminator.

Yay bunny farm telepathy! I was just thinking about a Transformers/Terminator crossover the other day.

Yeah at first I got the idea that Sam would secretly
be out to destroy the human race. Though that totally doesn't fit with his personality.
Sam would probably be one of the terminators who is out to protect the humans.
