17 Gestalt-related prompts

I love me some gestalts. Aerialbots especially. That is all.

1.Think about this: How much power there is behind the punch of a gestalt. Now, consider, where does this power come from? Why, the gestalt leader of course (In five mech combiners anyways)! It's his physical strength that makes the gestalt's combined form move/fight/do anything. Soo... How strong is this exactly, and why don't gestalt leaders use this strength usually? Counterprogramming maybe?
Cause you know, not only are the central mech's arm and leg joints taking the weight/strain of the other members of the team, they're supporting the entire gestalt's weight/grappling with someone of the same size/strength and/or doing incredibly hard things.
a)The gestalt leaders' counterprogramming can be overridden in times of severe stress.
a1)Or possibly a hangover and having someone pester the hell out of you.
b) Art: One of the gestalt leaders carrying his entire team.
c) Technically, does this make a Gestalt leader at the same level of physical prowess as say... Omega Supreme?

2) (I've been doodling this one, it will end up drawn on Deviantart) Megatron catches an Aerialbot and proceeds to slowly dismember the mech on the battlefield. Silverbolt "Nicely" explains why you DO NOT do that. Nicely meaning sending a few thousand volts through the Decepticon leader and frying him. But Silverbolt can't be approached by anyone except First Aid to repair Slingshot afterwards. Hot Spot manages it too, nearly getting electrocuted himself, but he instinctively understands his fellow Gestalt Leader enough to get close enough to sedate/knock him out.
a) Later, it turns out that Gestalts instantly recognize each other and there is a slight sense of kinship, and all the Leaders can influene other members of Gestalts, even the ones they don't know. So First Aid was actually being called by Silverbolt to fix Slingshot.
b) Needless to say, suddenly even behaves when Silverbolt is nearby.

3) Coming off Prompt 2a: It leads to the cross-gestalt program (you know, scramble city where the gestalts swapped parts once)
a) Wanna bet the gestalts resisted joining minds with others and consider it violation to swap components, even when they're friends?
b) Lets see us Slingshot and Blades on the same giant bot.
c)So, if Motormaster is the torso, and there's four combaticons as the limbs, is this Menasor, Bruticus or someone/thing else? (Which team where is interchangeable)

4)Art: The Aerialbots as Russian counterparts to their present jet modes (Ie Silverbolt as a Tupolev Tu-144 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupolev_Tu-144 Airraid as a MiG "Fulcrum" or "Foxhound" etc...)

5)Art: the Stunticons in Movieverse vehicle modes (This means that they'll be GM cars, evidently XD) But in G1 style.

6) Art: Groove rescuing a kitten (Or Steeljaw/Ravage) from a tree, having climbed up Hot Spot's ladder.

7) Hot Spot and Silverbolt are just as young as their teammates, but since they're leaders, they're expected to act more mature. Sometimes the stress just gets to them. Luckily, they have each other. Can be slashy or brotherly, your choice folks. Basically, when one has had too much, he sneaks off to the other's room and sleeps curled up to the other for comfort.

8) So, Gestalts have group telepathy eh? But what if one member of each gestalt is fully telepathic? My guesses for various reasons: Skydive, Breakdown, Groove/Streetwise, Swindle, Scavanger, Strafe, Rampage, Rippersnapper... (Oh god, never TFWiki gestalt teams, I can't list EVERYONE here!)

9) Gestalt leaders can override their teams' thought processes, basically turning them into drones/puppets if they have the need/desire.
a) This can't be used all the time though, its a strain to the leaders' processor.
b) It might happen unconciously in a stressful situation.
c) Are the other four minds still aware, but unable to command their bodies?
d) Or, and order given must be followed, but each members' own mind will intepret it in the way he'd do it if acting as he would normally.

10) One of the gestalt teams is actually all femme dontcha know. (Someone please do this for the Combaticons)

11)When a gestalt team combines, there is the cybertonian equivilant of a testosterone flood, which is why most combined forms are so aggressive. Defensor gets less/has control over that, but the others... not so much. Which is why you can't have femmes and mechs together in a gestalt team. If there was a femme in a team of mechs, or even one mech and four femmes to a team, the femme(s) would short from the incompatible programs. A femme gestalt would, of course have her own programming for aggression.

12) Art: A gestalt team as femmes, including their combined form.

13) So, if the Gestalt has a mind separate to his components, what heppens when they're not combined? And how does He feel about only coming into being for a fight. And for that matter, where would his mind go? Anf the components during combination for that matter?

14) A discussion of some gestalt members on Fangirls and what the things do to their respective teams.

15) Silverbolt singing opera when drunk, art or fic. It NEEDS to happen.

16) Airraid does not get hangovers appearantly. Here's betting everyone hates him the morning after.

17)Art: A gestalt leader with his team hanging off each limb correspinding to which one they'd be when the gestalt combined. Caption (Optional) "Gestalt: You're doing it wrong" or "DON'T LEAVE US!" or something else.

Now maybe I can get back to me homework.
