1) ???: Primus, what has Ratchet done that Prime doesn’t even want to be in the same room with him?
???: I don’t know but considering how guilty Ratch looks, something really bad that can’t be redone by a simple “sorry”.

2) Spawned by one of my other bunnies: Jazz and Prowl comforting OP couldn't go forever unnoticed, they both knew.
Ratchet: (eyeridge twitching) May we ask you what the Pit ya're doing?!
Jazz: Whadda ya mean? (confused)
Ironhide: We mean what the two malfunctions of ya doin' to Optimus!
Ratchet: This is the fourth time in two months one of us has found him completely drained outside his quarters, and the second we heard screams after YOU *points to Jazz and Prowl* entered his quarters without even knocking!
Hide: I hope for a good explanation because if ya've hurt 'im, we and the rest of the Ark gonna rip ya 'part in thousand little shreds!
Prowl: Wait, it's not like this.
Hide: (cracks his knuckles threateningly) Then explain.

Ratchet&Hide: YOU'VE FRAGGED PRIME!?! (language, guys XD)
Jazz: *winces* Not so loud, Primus.
Prowl: And we didn't "frag" him *scowls scoldingly at the two* but gave him physical and mentally intimacy and comfort.
*both Ratch and Hide stare for a whole breem at them*
Hide: *mutters* Da ya even know how many mechs in the Ark wish to be able being with Optimus like that? *realizes what he's said and looks embarrassed away*
Ratch: Ye-yes, how's Prime actually li-like...? *stutters, looks also embarrased away*
Prowl&Jazz: o_O You two...? And what do you mean with "how many"? (What do you think, you two genius? XD)

3) Having a furious medic at your heels who throws with medical equipment after you is bad. Having a furious engineer at your heels throwing after you with things from his lab which all can explode is even worse, though.

4) Ratchet should know better than to go himself against that what he preaches as a medic. Especially because he has a certain, worried engineer as his best friend on whom his famous bedside manner has rubbed off.

5) (Art) Related to #4: An angry-worried Wheeljack chases/drags a scared Ratchet with him to get the medic to the regular check-up which he as the only one didn't do because – as usual – he cared more for his patients’ health than his own.

6) One day, Wheeljack had simply enough, tied Ratchet up, threw him over his shoulder, carried him off in one of their quarters and then had his way with the helpless (but suddenly cooperating XD) medic. In public (except the last part XD).
