1. Prowl was a rather unorthodox police officer before the war.
It's probably a good thing. He'd need extreme training to deal with that Arkful of crazies, and his unusual tactics probably give him all the aces he needs for his metaphorical sleeves.
2. Suppose someone tries this with the bots and cons- and succeeds.
*chortle* Bluestreak, Fireflight and Swindle might escape, with the way they can talk (or puppy-dog-eye) their way out of trouble.
3.?: I believe in the cause. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to shove our leader and most of his troops off a cliff.
*wants to hear this from an Autobot* Starscream (the obvious choice): See!! I'm not the only one who feels like that!
4. Though he was loyal to the autobots, he’d never stop being grateful to the decepticons for starting the war.
My brain filled this one in with "...because if they hadn't, he would never have met ________." I'd love to read this with a different reason though.
5. Oddly enough, Perceptor is the ‘big brother’ of most of the younger ‘bots.
Awww. Because he's the smart one and when the younger 'bots have problems they know better than to go to the well-meaning but not-as-bright 'bots.
6. Sing no songs, this is not a time to celebrate.
*thinks* It's the end of the war, but the Cybertronian race is completely devastated and it'll take longer than the war lasted just to rebuild and recover?
7. Soundwave is the only decepticon Megatron can trust to pass on his orders without twisting them to his advantage. At least, that’s what he thinks.
Interesting! I bet with Soundwave 'altering' the orders he passes down from Megatron, his cassettes must have a pretty good time of it.
8.[G1] The transformers wake up much later, when the first of the truly sentient humanmade robots start making their faltering steps towards equality.
Ooh! And the 'Cons side with the sentient robots, because they want to recruit them! The 'Bots meet the humans and befriend them before they learn of the humans' oppression of mechanical beings. Maybe Spike and Sparkplug work with a team of sentient oil-harvester robots, and they don't want to give the human-made robots their rights because then they would be out of a job. Thus, the Decepticons find themselves on the 'good' side simply from pursuing self-interest, while the Autobots end up on the 'bad' side through good intentions (friendliness with the native organic species).
9.?: Welcome to TerraCyber, the free republic of former Quintesson slaves.
So humans were enslaved by the Quintessons too? And if it's a free republic then there have to be elected representatives... *sets one of my recently-posted bunnies next to this one and smiles hopefully*
10.[G1] Prowl: And if we mod- What the hell is that?
Naughty naughty, Prowl - foreign-language profanity is still profanity. Maybe he was once so prim-and-proper (before he met the Twins, etc., and had to learn to think outside the box) that he never ever EVER swore in Cybertronian... but now that he's stuck on Earth with a group of stubborn old crazies and overgrown sparklings, he's developing some bad habits with English.
14.[G1] A down-on-his-luck Perceptor goes searching for work in Kaon, where a young rabble-rouser named Megatron hires him to work for his new ‘organization’, the decepticons.
*loves* *pictures 'young rabble-rouser' Megatron without those age-wrinkle lines on his face* Young!Megatron: Let's go rouse some rabble! Perceptor: *cheers* Younger!Starscream: *gazes up at Megatron with puppylike hero-worship adoration*
