Just one

This bit of dialogue is from something I'm working on, but I decided to throw out the idea of "Ratchet Prime" for anyone else to play with, if they want.
And here we go:
"If he has so little to do besides keep inquiring about my personal life, maybe I should find something to occupy his time," Optimus said.
"Like what?" Kup asked.
"Maybe we could switch places for a couple of days. I'll be a medic and he can lead the Autobots," Prime answered.
"Ratchet Prime? Now that scares me," Kup said.

Hmm...now that'd be interesting. But the question now is would Ratchet Prime conduct peace talks--the sooner the better, to avoid any more casualties, for one...or would he just knock every enemy senseless + strap them to medbay berths (well, that's one way to win a war...)

Hee-hee-hee! You need to read Diane Duane's Star Trek novel _Doctor's Orders_. Kirk places McCoy in command of the ship before beaming down to a planet...and promptly vanishes.

And, of course, things start to go to hell. ;)

*grins*

LOVE how he deals with the Klingons. That scene where he tells them that he's in command because he killed Kirk and how he HATES having to kill friends? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

ROFLOL!

More to the point: how would Optimus cope with patching up the Twins after Jet-Judo? I think the "Medic Optimus" idea is just as amusing as the "Ratchet Prime" idea. Though I agree with Kup: the idea's a bit scary, too!
