1. Megatron begins isolating Hook from the other Constructicons.

5. What if the war, like a war in an episode of ST:TOS, was fought electronically? Meaning, the war is fought only in simulations and when your 'avatar' in the war is killed, you yourself go to the execution chambers to be killed.

7. Perceptor and Motormaster have a civil conversation. About the oddest thing, too.

8. Red Alert is admitted to a mental hospital after the war. The other members of the Ark's crew don't know and wonder why he's disappeared.

9. What would happen to Red Alert if Inferno got tired of him?

10. Crossover with The Pretender. Cybertron has it's own version of The Centre.

12. Perceptor is found unconscious in his lab and not even Ratchet can figure out why.

25. Soundwave telepathically controls Red Alert.

26. Crossover with MIB. Sudden thought: Agent J as Jazz's holoform.

27. Some Autobots are hired to pose as Decepticons. They think it's harmless so they agree. Later, they see that the photos have been published and are believed to be real.

28. Those that were on Cybertron during those four million years have become much more vicious that they used to be. This surprises the crews of the Ark and Nemesis when they finally manage to contact Cybertron.

29. Perceptor became a triplechanger after the Ark disappeared. As triplechanger technology is still new (having been developed during those four million years), he is ordered not to tell anyone on Earth.

30. Perceptor looked completely bewildered.

31. They were paid to keep them as slaves.

32. While the crews of the Ark and Nemesis were in stasis on Earth, on Cybertron Neutrals became the slaves of both factions.

34. For the first time in his life, Blaster was too depressed to play music.

36. Slightly different version on number 32. Neutrals aren't slaves. They're pets. And no one thinks anything of an Autobot's pet and a Decepticon's pet playing together. After all, it's not like they're still sentient.

43. Someone's holoform is a pregnant woman.

44. A spirit possesses Perceptor and seduces Wheeljack. After the spirit leaves, Perceptor starts feeling unwell... and soon learns he's pregnant.
