Oh, definitely! I doubt anyone would be able to find all the recordings, especially after Red Alert gets to them (and you know he'd be recording on the security cameras "just in case"!). Hell, he'd probably have all the really good blackmail whether he remembered the initial events or not!

I'm fairly sure that Blaster and Soundwave, even if sloshed out of their processors, would be able to audio record every bet up until the point they passed out. After that, mechs'd just be making things up to see if anyone would fall for it even the seekers who were down for the count after about an hour.
