The same goes with Seekers. So, what happens when a Seeker becomes obsessed with a sky to such a degree that it's not only frowned on by other Flyers, but actually frightens them to a degree with the intensity of the obsession?
And thus they chose to ground him and erase his memories. But Cliffjumper still yearned even if he didn't know what for anymore. And this transfered into extreme aggression.
