RotF Soundwave has lots of long and flexible tendrils/tentacles. Now one Decepticon Prankster has gotten his servos on a how-to macramé type thing.... and decides that the flexible cables of the Communications Officer are just right for practice. XD
Or maybe an Autobot spy with a book on sailors knots... or a bored Cassette practicing Lace patterns....
there are lots of fun ways to annoy Soundwave by playing with his Tentacles (....maybe he went out doing the Satellite thing because he was fed up with unknotting himself after every recarge?)
