In order to do an Lj cut, when you first post, you'll see buttons on the very top. It will have three solid lines, and one line below it that looks like a line graph. (This is right before the Table Button). If you hold your mouse over it, it should say 'LJ Cut'. Highlight what you want to be behind the cut, and simply press the button.
