G1: Spark Gifts

Every transformer knows that there are those with spark gift, abilities that can't be explained by their hardware or programming. It's common knowledge that Skywarp's teleportinh and Soundwave's telepathy fall into this category, what most transformers don't know is that four of the other transformers on Earth have spark gifts. Sunstreaker is one of the rare artists whose artwork can influence the viewer into specific behaviour patterns, but even he doesn't know that, and because he has a dark view of people his work influences people to express their darkest impulses, so although he doesn't know it he's partly responsible for the oppresion practiced by the high ranking autobots that gave Megatron such an eager following. Sideswipe has powerful receptive and projective empathy, enough that he could convince any Decepticon to tell him any secret he asked for, but even though most of the autobot high command know about it they also know Optimus would consider using that for interrogation immoral. Bumblebee can project an 'aura' that he either isn't there, or he's supposed to be wherever he is. And Starscream is an order of magnitude more intelligent than most other transformers due to his spark gift, the only ones who can equal him have processors two or more orders of magnitude more capable than his, but he can't put that intelligence to any real use because he's addicted to a lot of drugs.
