Bunny bunny bunny.

So I've never actually posted on LJ communities before, so I hope I'm doing this right. Anyways, ignoring the fact I'm coming out of nowhere in the shadows, I obviously have some bunnies to share :). Not a lot of bunnies, just a lot of spin offs. Some can be taken into a slashy context FYI.



G1 Cartoon

1. Red Alert's glitch isn't paranoia. It just super charges an emotion Red Alert's feeling depending on the situation/environment. Example, battles cause paranoia for survival.

1b. Red Alert glitches while wishing he had his own sparkling. Cue a doting Red Alert who insists on mothering the Autobots.

1c. Some of the bots kind of like it.


2. Mechs in Special Ops are mentally unstable and sometimes do things that are just really creepy to normal mechs.

For the sake of the below bunnies, lets say Jazz, Mirage and Bumblebee are genuine Spec Ops (cause I don't know if it's fanon or canon)


3. Spin off of 2: Mirage is a tower Mech who was usually pursued by others (to be friends, lovers, political stuff, whatever). When he takes interest in another mech on the Ark (befriending, romantic, whatever) he has no idea how to create a rapport with them. So he falls into Special Ops thinking and does a lot of creepy stalking, watching, and breaking & entering.

3a. The mech Mirage is stalking is Red Alert.

3b. Red Alert is always trying to trace Mirage because of his invisibility cloak, especially when Mirage begins invading his privacy. Mirage thinks it's a one-on-one game they're playing together and doesn't appreciate outside interference.


4. Spin off from 2: Sweet little Bumblebee is definitely cracked, in the crazy way. Most of the other Autobots don't notice, but the Minibots do, and they're a little afraid despite how much they care for him.

4b. The Minibots "shelter and protect" Bumblebee from the crew to prevent damage on both sides.

4c. The Special Ops know this, including Bumblebee.


5. Red Alert's shoulder launcher is actually something akin to a Minicon.


6. When Prowl looks at the crew he can see divisions. Minibots, Dinobots, Arialbots, etc. He knows that if a group were to betray the Autobots it would be devastating. He sees the way Megatron effectively controls his military through fear (not counting Starscream) and can't help but see the logic in it, no matter how much he hates to admit it.

7. What was Miles doing the while Sam was in Mission City? Trying to find his best friend of course.

8. Miles does not appreciate this "Leo Spitz" trying to take his place as Sam’s Best buddy.

9. During the second movie Miles spent the time running from a messed up police car sent to retrieve him for god knows what. Trent got pulled into the mess when Miles hijacked his car, with him in it.

10. Sam learns to hijack a normal car.
Sam: "I'm getting a little tired of running everywhere."

He also gets really really interface-crazy, because he's trying to get pregnant.


Oh, and just thinking on the effects of the glitch, one of the reasons why everyone on the Ark thinks it makes Red paranoid is because paranoia is also a big part of Red's job. Head of Security? He has to be paranoid! The thing is, his frequent paranoia is caused by the glitch expanding on how he thinks while working.

XD that was actually how the bunny first started out, but I decided to edit it a bit to make it less slashy implied. I love slash, but I figure I should at least try to tone it down some XD. Considering the nature of the glitch of wanting sparklings, its more likely he would try sparking up other bots instead of being the carrier himself XD.

Oh well, either way, he gets a sparkling, but hey, if he's out to get everyone else pregnant, he'll get more sparklings than if he just got himself pregnant!

:O I hadn't even considered Prowl! I was thinking that while Sam was running away and stuff, Barricade was sent to retrieve the squishy best friend for "ransom" purposes, but I could totally see Prowl doing this too, glitched or not. Or maybe both, a race to retrieve the human first! Why do you do this to me?? >__

In response to the spinoffs of number 2, how cracked is Jazz since he's the Head of Spec Ops?

Well to me, Jazz seems the type to have a something akin to a god-complex, but not exactly. I think he would get a kick out of manipulating mechs into doing things they don't want to, without the mechs realizing they were doing it. Just a cruel streak that dives in and out of his persona. A strong player in mind games. I wouldn't say he was disloyal, quite the opposite in fact, but sometimes he just wants to 'play'.

Well, it would make even more sense if Jazz defected from the Cons; Megs would have let him play with everyone simply for the sheer amusement.
