Hmmm... I've always been fond of gender benders. How 'bout Ratchet/Prowl/some other charater being injured and having their spark (temporarily or not) transferred into a femme frame, and the reactions of their fellow bots.
Ooh, or better yet, in the spirit of triple changers: What if someone's third form was a FEMME? And they've just kept it a secret so far?
