Constructicon in Bayverse seems to mean any Decepticon that turns into a piece of construction equipment.

And the seekers show in a lovely way how messed up the timeline of that universe is. "My father, why, he was a wheel! The first wheel! And do you know what he transformed into? Nothing!" So wait... Your father was the wheel, and if we guess that the wheel roughly showed up around the damn of agriculture.... so... that dates you to what post 8000 BCE? And the Fallen tried to Destroy Earth when again and was banished? Oh well.

I believe it was also used in the comics to refer to a group of Screamer's flunkies, somewhat of a resurrection of a term with the thought that, that much time in their culture had past to use it... the life span of transformers in Bayverse must greatly differ from that in other verses.
