A single bunny in an overgrown nutshell

It's a bit wordy, and I couldn't think of any intelligent way to express it, so bare with me.

This particular plot bunny is basically about a truce leading to peace and the conflicts that arise within that term. Most Decepticons are reluctant and wary, but still agreeable to peace. The Autobots are more bitter and angry, causing problems and fights. The idea is that the troublemakers during this time would be mostly autobots and not decepticons.

Con's mentality: "War was war, and war's now over. We accept our losses and will strive to move on for a brighter future, even if we don't like you, or each other."

Bot's mentality: "You killed our friends, brothers in arms, and everyone else we cared for. We don't want peace with you."

Decepticon mentality derives from the idea that Con's don't make many/any close, personal friends during war, living in a state of paranoia about being back stabbed. Autobot mentality is opposite, they do create many bonds during the war, creating a community (or several communities) within their forces. Thus the emotional damage is different.
