It would need to be someone besides Bumblebee or Jazz. Maybe Prime or Prowl, or one of the other officers, because other mechs look up to them as examples. Talk about a shocker...
I guess it would be double shocker for them No one would suspected them of doing that. And then comes the shock of finding out they broke the rules they were enforcing.
