Not numbered simply because lj doesn't like numbering. There's twenty-two of them.
Perceptor as Megatron's treacherous Second In Command. Starscream as the quiet, slightly absent-minded Autobot Scientist.
The Robo-Smasher was an accident. Megatron didn't tell it to target the Constructicons, it was just… luck of the draw.
Slag/Beachcomber
TF:Ani – Barricade was a Decepticon who was captured by the Autobots. His partner, Jazz, gave himself up and agreed to work for the Autobots as long as they didn’t kill Barricade. Technically, they didn’t – but Prowl isn’t his partner, and Jazz hates him for that.
A Cybertronian Marching Band.
How did the Fallen become, well, fallen?
The war isn’t real – it’s just a play, dictating the ‘myth’ on how the world came to be how it is now.
Primus made a planet, and on this planet he placed thirteen people, who would share the responsibility of shaping their world. To twelve, he gave the ability to dream, to imagine, to hope. To one, he did not. The Thirteenth could see only darkness, could bring forth only nothingness. So that’s what he contributed to Cybertron, a race of ‘beings’ who are nothing, who unmake everyone they touch.
Prowl is a direct descendent of the Thirteenth – the Fallen.
A Cybertronian Dream-Catcher.
Four million years is a long time to be asleep, even for a species as long-lived as the Cybertronians. In fact, one would think that it would be long enough for a language shift, neh?
The Autobots discover the DigiWorld.
Jazz/Shockwave.
Blurr meets the Flash (preferably the Wally West version, but hey, not my story.)
Perceptor creates dragons. And unleashes them into their ‘natural habitats’.
Where did the idea of carving a symbol into oneself as a sign of loyalty come from?
The Tale of Beta, The Greatest Warrior.
Megatron/Dion.
Perceptor/Shockwave/Soundwave
Mirage lays down the law when somebody insults Hound due to their relationship.
Jazz is ferociously protective of his Special Ops agents. And he is Not Happy about the situation revolving around Mirage and Hound.
Ravage meets his maker (a.k.a. Ratchet.)
*is fairly certain their isn't*
The first two spawned during our three-hour conversation.
Like someone said *is too lazy to scroll down and see who* they could possibly download the new language. But like you said, the technology might not be compatible anymore. So the older ones who were on Cybertron would have to play translator until the younger ones learned the language.
And as I mentioned before (in one of my bunnies), those that learn a new language usually speak more properly than a native speaker (because a native speaker is comfortable enough with the language to use slang or shortened words). This could explain Perceptor's elegant speech patterns.
I think I'll grab this one. Or I'll try to grab it. If I don't do anything with it by the time Begin Again is finished, kick me.
*squees* I didn't even think of Perceptor, but it would be an awesome reason for his speech patterns. Hmm... But did he learn English? O.o How do the Autobots speak to the humans, anyhow? Did they just wake up knowing our language(s)?
You know, I used to be a big Digimon fan. But only the very first season of Digimon. My favorite was Koushiro (Izzy). *thinks* Perceptor and Koushiro totally need to have a conversation. *is now picturing Perceptor with the Crest of Knowledge engraved somewhere on his body*
Perceptor: *stares at engraving* "I don't recall agreeing to body art."
Kirin: "Ratchet drugged you for us."
Perceptor: *gives Rathcet kicked puppy look*
Ratchet: *ignores*
I like most of the seasons - they all have their strong points and their weak points (except the latest one, which I simply haven't put the effort into learning anything about). And Izzy and Perceptor? Would be awesome. Hmm... Sunstreaker could get the Crest of Friendship (what? Matt was a loner too...). The Crest of Hope? Courage? Light? I dunno...
*thinks there should be*
Oh, so it is! *really needs a better memory*

I actually hadn't thought of him learning English. I don't think any of my G1 fics even mention humans; I tend to forget about them. I think I have a way for him to earn English while perfecting his Old Cybertronian. Depends on if I can convince Blaster to come.
As for how the others learned English... Maybe Teletraan one uploaded it into their systems when they were reformatted with Earth forms?

Sunstreaker totally needs the Crest of Friendship! Even he would be all WTF?! It'd be funny.
Let's see... Perceptor - Knowledge, Sunstreaker - Friendship, Hot Rod - Courage, Bluestreak - Hope... Light... My mind insists on Blaster for some odd reason.
