I noticed that Optimus never actually says that wouldn’t happen. Methink all is not well in cybertronian society after the great war. I noticed that too. Also that the Decepticons HAVEN'T done so to her. I also noticed that the Autobots ruling Cybertron has been called "Autobot Oppression" (which makes me think of Fascism or Communism.) Who is really the bad guy in this war again? Sometimes I wonder...
