23. I want to say Perceptor but maybe someone who died in TF:TM? Or Jazz from the 2007Movie? I saw a fic once where the Decepticons stole Jazz's body and used it to revive Megatron. Megatron!Jazz then went to the Autobot's base pretending to be Jazz. Jazz's spirit somehow got pulled back to the land of the living and now he's haunting the Autobot base and Ratchet is the only one who can see him but only because Ratchet is in some kind of... CR chamber? I can't remember the title though.
