I can picture this friend 'sneaking' along behind Prowl, trying to catch him in the act of... impostering. Sadly, Prowl is too good at being Prowl to get caught impersonating himself.

Which must make it confusing as hell to navigate alliences. ("Am I shooting you today?" "not sure. Ask Blaster.")
So Blaster determines which war is being fought? If he has that kind of authority, then even if Optimus says "Shoot the Decepticons!" they won't listen to him if Blaster says that today they fight for religious freedom. So basically, he has more power than the Prime. And more power than Megatron.
Personal canon says Silverbolt, but the idea Beachcomber did is hilarious.
Well, Beachcomber can't be so cheerful and forgiven all of the time, can he?
South Park is now on the banned list, and Ratchet has command permission to turn anyone who quotes it into toasters.
