36. Rumble and Frenzy are on a quest. The quest being to find the most annoying lines of a movie/television programme. They rate the annoyingness on how quickly using the same line over and over makes someone crack. The quicker someone cracks the more annoying the line. Today’s line is… ’Puppy Power!’ And they think they’re onto a winner.
That line is... familiar. Pound Puppies? I have a couple of small PP toys that I've had ever since I was 8. Ben and Marc, I think their names were.
"Puppy Power" is what Scrappy used to say when he'd do something stupid in Scooby Doo. Needless to say he was voted one of the most annoying sidekicks in all of TV history.
