35. What if before the G1 movie, the Autobots and Decepticons finally agreed on a peace treaty? But then one day Megatron goes missing and is replaced by the more vicious Galvatron.
Eek! Is Galvatron a rebuilt Megatron or a totally different mech who takes his place? Because I could see in the second version the Autobots being out to find the real Megatron.
A replacement. Someone has been slyly planning replacing Megatron's position.
36. Rumble and Frenzy are on a quest. The quest being to find the most annoying lines of a movie/television programme. Today’s line is… ’Puppy Power!’ And they think they’re onto a winner.

Those are cute names. And to the later replies, I can confirm it's from ScoobyDoo. Scrappydoo was incredibly annoying.
44. Movieverse/2007verse: Miles was in fact NOT human. He was merely the hologram of another Transformer hiding on Earth.
His "mother" is actually the human he made friends with and who protects him (and he acts as her regular car).
'Miles': I'm glad I could help you. I just wish I could find my brothers now. Mother: Ah don't worry darling. I'll look after you until then. 'Miles': Can I call you my mother?

80. Movieverse / 2007: Simmons has a grudge against the Whitwicky family. It all stems back to Captain Archibald and another now deceased Simmons.
Maybe that Simmons was originally a member of Archibald Witwicky's crew - or one of his earlier crews and was badly treated (or thought himself so - he could have been the one at fault but never saw it that way) by Archibald.
