I suppose it depends on how you reckon his cloaking thingie works. For movie!verse this could get complicated. For G1 I'd go with transparent. Easy on the brain. It's cranky!Mirage that really charms me, since he's so unfailingly polite all the time, even in the face of direct charges of treason. (He doesn't even smack Cliffjumper back - I sure would have! O.O)
Seaspray and Nemo would have very interesting conversations. About war, and the effects thereof. And hope, and life and coping with same.
Thinking about it, I don't think Seaspray would be bored. Finally on a planet most of whose surface is his chosen medium, with a planet's worth of new life forms to explore? He has a lot to survey, between battles! Lonely, though. Maybe.
