All Quiet on The Western Front. UNTIL NOW! Bunny Bunny Bunny!
1. When Starscream ‘died’ he was merely passing from the path of the Physical to the spiritual. But he was denied full passage by the Guardian of the Threshold/matrix. It told him that Starscream was not yet done. A deed in his past was so dark, so terrible that it needed to be solved. And until it was, he must forever walk the realms between life and death. Starscream was not pleased to learn he had to become Casper the friendly ghost and solve the issue. Where was the fun in that?
2. Cliffjumper is the forever fall-guy in fiction. A popular character for ridicule and for a plot in need of a quasi-badguy-Autobot.
Well Cliffjumper was misunderstood. It’s an unfortunate Side effect of his botched programming.
3. One is a Prime number. Is Optimus Prime, THE One?! (Matrix)
4. Miles is Wheelie? Roller?
5. (variation of an old bunny of mine) They rescued Optimus Prime’s body from the floating crypt but left the other bodies to burn in the sun. And those who had died are not best pleased. They have become vengeful spirits and seek to torment the living.
6. Alone for a long time on the moonbase. Jazz and Cliffjumper find company in each other. When Prowl returned from the dead it opened up a huge wound and now Jazz doesn’t know which way to turn. The love he feels for Prowl is still as powerful as ever. He loves Cliffjumper too but not in such an intimate way. Yet the mini-bot has admitted to him that Jazz is his first proper relationship as he found it difficult to get close to anyone. Who does he hurt?
7. During the movie (G1) Starscream died. But instead of becoming a ghost, he was reborn. As Wheelie! Muahahahahahaha!
8. The Dinobots hear of the human “Big Brother” Programme. The Protectobots don’t know what to do when the Dinobots insist on teaching them things.
9. Late night random thought

Optimus=Papa, Ironhide=Hefty, Perceptor=Brains, Elita-1=Smurfette, Wheeljack=Handy, Jazz=Harmony, Ratchet=Grouchy, Tracks=Vanity, Sideswipe=Jokey, Hound=Tracker, Sunstreaker=Painter, Megatron=Gargamel and Starscream could be his cat Azrael. Lol
10. Cliffjumper was almost right. Mirage was a traitor, But he wasn’t working for the Decepticons.
11. Huffer is tired of not being taken seriously. So he runs away to join the Decepticons only to discover life with the Autobots wasn't that bad after all.
12. Before they left Cybertron at the beginning of G1 Bumblebee was Wheeljack’s assistant.
13.I had a dream last night.
Someone had messed with the Seeker’s mind. Making them believe they were something else Thundercracker thought he was a dog, Starscream thought he was a cat and Skywarp thought he was a mouse (originally fly but I like mouse better) Megatron was not amused in the least. How dare the Autobots do this to his top trine!
(Of course if he paid attention. Megatron would have realised it was the human holiday of April Fool’s. And that Soundwave was being uncharacteristically cheerful today.)
14. On Cybertron three is a number of GREAT power.
*That is why seekers and coneheads come in trines.
*And why there are in fact THREE Matrix’s.
*There exists three Primes
*Primus and Unicron and Gaia make three.
*Due to the power of three, Twins always seek a third brother/sister to adopt.
15. They both love to fight, are both red so perhaps there is more then meets the eye as to the relationship between Cliffjumper and Ironhide.
16. Before the crash on Earth Huffer was nothing but a ship mechanic. He certainly didn’t think himself as anything as special. But even as Brawn his not so pleasant co-worker was being invited to join THE PRIME’S! Special space faring crew he managed to catch the eye of one of the officers. They saw something in him and offered him a place. Huffer was just entirely surprised.
17. When the Ark left, Huffer wasn’t suppose to be there. He was just a young stowaway who had managed to be in the right place at the right time.
18. Perceptor is an Idiot savant
19. Seekers are birdlike but what about other types?
20. AU Transformers are downloaded into the world of Tron
(Because I had a sudden image of them as the racing cars from the film)
21. Perceptor/Wheeljack’s Voice unit goes kaput and they have to rely on sign language.
22. On one of his Science travels Starscream picked up a pet organic but of course he can’t tell ANYONE or else his notariety will be in tatters.
23. The babies of their respective groups decide to teach their big brothers a lesson by making their own group. Unfortunately they’ve attracted the attention of a very dangerous alien being.
The new team: Young Guns
First Aid, Fireflight, Swoop, Breakdown, Skywarp and Scavenger
Possibly adding a Wrecker or conehead?
(Because they all scream baby brother to me which could explain them being my favourite from each of their respective teams too. Make what you will as to how I think with that. )
24. It’s probably been done and by myself too I suspect but I just can’t resist adding this.
Battle of the Sexes. All Autobots are male and all Decepticons are female. It is the gender which determines your faction.
A. A mech pretends to be a femme so he can get into the Decepticons and have his pick of the ladies.
A.1 Except the Decepticons don’t appreciate this sort of con and make an example of the roving lothario.
A.2 Or they love the idea, except the undercover mech finds more then he bargained for when all of them want a piece of his aft.
B. Once every few Vorns a truce is called for as limited time so as mating can proceed to ensure new life is born into the Cybertron race.
C. The only exception to the rule concerns Spark-split siblings (such as twins or triplets) or Gestalts for it would be considered cruel beyond all punishment to separate them.
C.1 Going with the Twins and Red Alert are related. Red Alert is the younger sister of the Twins and as she is not part of their spark-splitting she was supposed to be factioned into the Decepticons. But the Twins wouldn’t let their baby sister be parted from themselves so they pretended she was a mech. And they had to pretend no relation or the ruse would be busted open. Red Alert’s paranoia glitch isn’t a glitch at all but a genuine case of paranoia in being found out.

It's the same for Jazz as well. Her big brothers wouldn't allow her to go off with the 'Cons, and suddenly the two are found out, and Prowl has to make a choice. Of course, this creates a huge paranoia about who's actually male. Turns out that the factions are equally divided as Breakdown and one of the Reflector trine is actually male. The war screeches to a halt as everyone suddenly goes around trying to figure out who's who.

12. Before they left Cybertron at the beginning of G1 Bumblebee was Wheeljack’s assistant.
Wheeljack built himself a drone assistant and named him Bumblebee. Wheeljack couldn't bring himself to stop working on the drone to make it more efficient. When he joined the Autobots Wheeljack was surprised by the amount of mechs that thought Bumblebee was a Cybertronian. It was then he realized he gave the drone sentience accidentally. After than, he let Bumblebee go to do with his life as he wanted while keeping his origins secret.
13.I had a dream last night.

Actually, they didn't, they had to take refuge from the Decepticons on the tomb ship and found Optimus already "alive", through Quintesson interference. Losing the tomb was just a misfortune of the fight that Optimus (under Quint influence) led. Optimus's later true resurrection was a combination of humans retrieving his body before his ship was destroyed, and later a last minute action in the face of the Hate Plague.
Still, the ghosts of the others don't have quite all the facts on what happened and are mistakenly taking their vengeance on the wrong people and the Autobots have to convince them of the truth so they can go to their rightful rest.
Was it even the tomb ship Optimus crashed into the star anyway? It's been a while since I watched that episode.

There's a few variations on the idea of three Primes that came to my mind...
1. The three are Optimus, Magnus and Elita.
2. The three are Optimus, Elita and Roller.
3. The holder of one or both of the other Matrices are older - may even ancient - mechs that have fallen out of common knowledge.
On 3, there was a past bunny about Rewind being one of the Original Thirteen and the "light matrix" he owns is actually a second Matrix of Leadership.
Also, that begs the question, if the other Matrices are in the hands of unknown mechs, what happens if one of them turns up, claiming to be a higher ranking Prime than Optimus and wants to take over the war effort... but is a far less fair and kind mech than Optimus is?
Also, is the Matrix Optimus carries the one that Sentinel carried? What if it isn't? Could there be a challenge to Optimus's leadership because he didn't receive Sentinel's Matrix? Who's Matrix does he carry? (I imagine Optimus's Matrix came from Alpha Trion, but from whom did it descend?)
And on the thought of Optimus having a different Matrix to Sentinel, what if Sentinel was still carrying his when he went to face Megatron? What happens if it is revealed that a Decepticon has been keeping it all through the war? Going on more previous plotbunnies, Soundwave used to be a priest of Primus that, for one reason or another left (or was ejected from) the priesthood. In his time in the priesthood, he found information about the other Matrices and when Megatron killed Sentinel, Soundwave took it and kept it, because it was a holy artefact that he didn't think a miner-turned-gladiator was worthy to possess.

It's been a while for me too so that's why I got it slightly wrong. From what I remember it was definately the tomb ship which burned in the sun. I think it was possibly because it contained the spores.
Ha, additional to the bunny: When the ghosts came back they brought the spores back with them. Truly a touch of a ghost means insanity.
Yet the ghosts remain unaffected. Ghost Starscream to the rescue!

If we go along the lines that only vector Sigma or a Matrix can bring life, then that means that Blaster is also a carrier!

It can be anything from flora to fauna.
I kind of like the idea of Starscream having a baby StarTurtle from the Discworld books.
And then I think of Starscream using it as a surfboard ala The Silver Surfer.
So does that mean Elita One and her team are rogue femmes for having allied with the Autobots or are they mechs in femme bodies?
Perhaps they are a third gender? We don't even have to apply human concepts to an alien race.
