      Mech-to-male: Male hooks up with a human female, impregnates her. What happens to the baby?
      Femme-to-female: Female hooks up with human male, gets pregnant. What happens to the baby?

Someone else who knows/noticed the song! I could totally see that song put to a strip-tease/pole dance, or something else along those lines.
