tf_bunny_farmHave to say, for someone like me with little writing time and a lot of ideas, this place is a Godsend.
1) Cybertron in canon s pretty much a one Government planet, but what if instead it was divded up into states/countries. For example Iacon, Vos, Kaon, Praxus etc. were their own different nations. Now imagine these countries/states as distrusting of each other, maybe even at war.
Iacon is considered the height of civilisation, having the Prime and Lord High Protector and pretty much being the golden shining beacon. Places like Vos and Kaon are... well, not viewed as such. So much so that raiding the other states, taking goods and slaves is common.
Now Prime disapproves of this, but unfortunately does not have the influence to overrule the senate, likewise Megatron too hates the current Iacon government, but unlike Prime has the balls to take drastic steps to change things. While making his plans with Kaon already in league, he comes into posession of a certain Seeker slave called Starscream, who can give him the influence into Vos that he needs... if he can convince him.
2) The war is over, the Decepticons lost and those still left free and alive are on the run. Snippets into the lives of how those still free would hide and survive and perhaps ultimately be found.
3) The aftermath of the war, what would most Autobots do? Optimus certainly would help rule as Prime, Ratchet is a medic. But what about those bot's/con's whose entire lives have been nothing but war, those so acclimatised to fighting that when its over they don't know what to do or how to handle it. Sunstreaker (or bot/s of your choosing) especially, has a hard time dealing with peace.
4) A group of crows is called a 'Murder', a group of Seekers could be called similar.
5) We've seen alternate fic of Thundercracker as the Trine leader, what if it was Skywarp instead?
6) Science'bots of both sides, bored and feeling undervalued, decide to make their own Cybertronian version of Mythbusters/Brainiac: Science Abuse. It is a roaring success.
7) Captain Jack from Doctor Who/Torchwood meets a Cybertronian, and tries to come onto them... successfully.
8) Anyone here seen Peanutchan's petformers? Fic in that setting for the win!
9) Twist on the Barricade is Prowl idea, what if he was a clone? Made in an attempt to gain the Decepticon's Prowl's incredible ability for strategy.
10) Somehow the Transformers get caught in an MMORPG, what roles would everyone take? (priest, warrior, thief, assassin etc.) and how would they get out?
11) Seekers are a superstitious lot, and have some quite frankly, bizarre rituals. And woe betide those who try to stop them.
12) Sunstreaker and Sideswipe meet animated!Prowl, now they want to be ninja's.
13) Movie: Bumblebee is stuck unable to access his soundbytes because of a virus and is reduced to flashcards instead. All because of this pic.
14)Sunstreaker and Sideswipe were seperated as Sparklings, now years later in the middle of a war they find each other again, on the opposing sides.
15) One of the Seeker's is with Sparkling, now the rest of the Decepticon's are treated to the joy of a nesting seeker, who absolutely refuses to do it underwater.Because seekers acting birdlike is oddly adorable.
16) Odd one, found myself trying to imagine what different types of Transformers would be like as human/organic, race/culture-wise.
Seekers - Asian/Japanese, this mostly comes from looking at traditional Japanese clothing such as Kimono's. The long sleeves etc. make me think of wings, human!seeker's I can see still having that obsession with the sky.
Generic Ground!Mechs - White/Western, American/British features
Minbots - ???
Daxuns - ???
Triplechangers - ???
