Jeez, that took me a good 10-15 minutes to figure it out. I'm sure Prowl could complete the test in seconds.

yeah, I see it as like a small group are trying to do this, and Jazz gets the idea to give it to Prowl, who takes one look at it, solves it, and goes on his way, leaving the rest dumbfounded.
