Hey, anyone remember that movie, The Iron Giant? The one with the peaceful giant robot, that carried the implication that if something hadn't gone wrong, it would have been a killing machine? Set in the fifties? Now, who do we know, from 2007 Canon, to be big, black, and on earth in the 50s? He's even malfunctioning at the time. Who knows what sort of damage Ice can do to someone's processor. That's right, the Iron Giant is Megatron.  *falls over laughing*

*is rolling on the floor* Oh wow! I used to watch that movie over and over again when it played on Cartoon Network! They'd play it like, seven times in one day and I'd watch it every time! But... Megatron! And not only is there the ice - S7 could have easily messed something up when trying to reverse engineer things.

B-but the fangs are not nearly as cute and sorta friendly as the Iron Giant's mouth. Uh, yeah. Sadly, the only complaint *fails at complaining*

Megatron has to talk! It would be so cool to see him interacting with the kid and still being totally verbal. Not necessarily knowing human languages. Just that frisson of "alienness" (beyond giant robots from outer space) created by the barrier of uncommon languages.
