I don't recall if Skyfire/Jetfire (the scientist) was ever in TFA - and I don't mean Jetfire-the-twin.  This image though ( http://ezzi-ezzi.deviantart.com/art/TFA-Long-time-meeting-153460167 ), makes me laugh yet really consider "what if Safeguard is Skyfire reincarnated" or something? 

On another note, I freakin' love this new icon (by v-for-vincent from deviantart).  Gotta spred the craziness :D

Edit: I went to bed and another thought pops in:  Safeguard disguises himself as Skyfire just to trick Starscream into interfacing with him.

holy crap! Do they remember their past life as Skyfire? Is Starscream sitting there missing him, and then thinks he sees his ghost or thinks he's dreaming or something? I can totally see those parameters leading to comfort sex or similar.
