Two Bunnies

1. Ponyo/Transformers. Animated 'verse, with Optimus and Blackarachnia.

2. Pre-War Animated. Scientists get ahold of a Decepticon spy and reprogram her (Arcee) to serve the Autobots. When Shockwave gets ahold of her, he reverses the programming to a) revert her completely to a Decepticon or b) leave her somewhere in the middle. Bonus points if Shockwave and the Decepticon spy were bondmates or something of the sort.

tags mostly look good, i just need you to add either the "crossover" tag or the "movie inspired" tag.

and that second bunny looks interesting. would you be adverse to it being an intel agent who's not Arcee? (cause that could put a fun spin on the Blurr thing, or Cliffjumper's rather elevated position in the later parts of S3)

No, either Blurr or Cliffjumper would be fine. I just thought of Arcee because she's the one who lost her memories and had them partially restored by Shockwave. Blurr would be really interesting...
