I had this idea a while back:

A Dresden Files/Transformers cross-over. In the Dresden Files, wizards and other members of the magical community can cause machines to malfunction. The more powerful said practitioner of magic is, the farther away they can be to fry any technology. The main character, Harry Dresden, can hex a camera at three hundred yards on a good day.

I just think it would be interesting to see Autobot and Decepticon reactions to humans and other creatures who could make them malfuntion with very little effort.

Spawned a bunny. (Which is, essentially, an x-over with the Ex Machina (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ex_Machina_(comics)) comics. This could also be used to explore the impact of TFs on Earth, particularly from a political perspective. Slag! *swats at plotbunny*)

That sounds interesting! I've never read the Ex Machina series, but I'd really like to see more of the sociopolitical changes the Autobot/Decepticon war would cause.
