8 quote-ish bunnies

All of these bunnies are quotes, and pretty much all borrowed (and modified in some cases) from "Firefly."
1. ?: We're gonna die.
??: We are not gonna die. You know why? Because we are so...very...pretty. We are just too pretty for Primus to let us die.
2. Decepticon 1: I know something ain't right.
Decepticon 2: _____, we're 'cons. If everything were right, we'd be in jail.
3. (replace with whomever you like, it just rather cracked me up to mix and match in my head)
Prowl: Sir, we don't want to deal with Starscream again.
Ironhide: Why not?
Prowl: He shot you.
Ironhide: Well, yeah, he did a bit.
...
Ironhide: Been a long time since Starscream shot me, and that was due to a perfectly legitimate conflict of interest. I got no grudge.

Ironhide: Did you send word to Starscream?
Jazz: Yeah, ain't heard back yet. Didn't he shoot you one time?
Ironhide: Everyone's makin' a fuss.
4. (personally, this one would be hilarious if it could be worked into a fic)
Starscream: You know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I go get and beat you with 'til you understand who's in slaggin' command here! Now we're finishing this deal, and then maybe -- maybe we'll come back for those morons... got themselves caught... and you can't change that by getting all... bendy.
Jazz: All what?
Starscream: You got the light... from the console to keep you... lifting you up... they shine like... [starts grabbing at the air] little angels...
[Starscream promptly falls flat onto the floor.]
Jazz: Did he just go crazy and fall asleep?
Ratchet: I told him to sit down.
5. "It's been a big day, what with the abduction, and all."
6. ?: Ship like this, be with you till the day you die.
??: Because it's a death trap.
7. ?: When you can't run, you crawl. And when you can't crawl, you find someone to carry you.
8. ?: It sounds like something this crew can handle. I can't guarantee they'll handle it particularly well, but…
??: If they got guns and brains at all.
?: They've got guns…
(I sorta feel like that last one's been on here before. If so, feel free to ignore that one ^^;)

Date: 2009-01-07 02:45 pm (UTC)What cracks me up further in taking more quotes on that particular "Firefly" episode is that the crew tried to move the character this originally happened to but wound up leaving him on a staircase because he's very tall and muscular and the rest... well, aren't.
I seriously hear this from Rumble: "We tried moving him to the infirmary, he's just heavy..."
