My mind is exploding with Star Trek Crossover bunnies

Help me...they won't stop breeding!

Bunny 1:  The Vulcans view Cybertronians as an inferior, barbaric species...until the 'Cons conquer their world, enslaving them and stripping Vulcan of its resources and the Autobots are the only ones who can help.  Extra points if Prowl and Spock have to plan the operation together.

Bunny 2:  Star Trek original or JJ Abrams  - the crew of the Enterprise actually *are* Cybertronians who have been hooked up to an entity that is experimenting or feeding off of them or something else very Star Trek.  Crew members have flashes of insight where they remember briefly who they actually are, or dreams of being Cybertronians.  Eventually they figure it out, but must defeat whatever holds them captive in their organic dreamscape forms.  Throw some Next Generation Characters in somehow for extra points!

Who is who?  These are my thoughts
Maybe Optimus could be Picard...coming from the future somehow cause it is Star Trek :)
Ironhide is Worf??? 
Prowl is Spock (obviously)
Ratchet is McCoy (even more obviously)
Hot Rod is Kirk
Blaster is Uhura
Bumblebee is Chekhov
Jazz has to be someone, but I can't figure it out yet, and
There have to be some 'Cons involved somehow. 

Yes...I'm nuts.  Any continuity, slash, gen, pnp, sticky, whatever - it is all good with me.

Jazz is La Forge - the visor, of course. Geordi came back in time with Picard, obviously.

I will however admit that Spock/Geordi would make a very strange pairing.

Maybe Uhura should be Jazz...just because she and Spock are so sexy together.

It may be slightly variant on jobs, but maybe Blaster can be Geordi - Blaster in some parts of canon has a visor too.

I like the idea of Jazz being Uhura, though Prowl and Blaster do seem interesting.

If not, I don't know who they'd be.

actually, I'm trying to write a different tf/star trek meshup. But hopefully this will help for whoever decides to tackle this.
