1 ) Rumble and Frenzy = Sideswipe and Sunstreaker via time travel. Take it how you will.

2 ) Inspired by the recent cartoons, Cliffjumper becomes the next Prime after Optimus, not Hot Rod (G1).

3 ) Despite rumours, Prowl and Jazz are actually brothers. Prowl is amused and tends to make the rumours worse for amusements sake, and Jazz is exasperated by everyone 'cockblocking' him.

3a) I know there are slashers out there who dig things like the twins doing the dirty, so you get the idea here, probably.

4 ) Depending on the damage, self repairs can take a while. When most of the damages in the Ark are repaired by the autobots for maintenance, they are shocked to see half the ship transform into legs and pull itself out from the volcano side.

4a ) Teltraan I is actually part of the Ark's firewalls and diagnostic system, or something.

4b ) The Nemesis can transform too, unknown to its own occupants. It just got pouty when it realized its 'rival' was stuck mountain side and sleeping.

5 ) An accident occurs and Optimus Prime is no longer. There is just a very confused Orion Pax (for now??).
