1. A contagious condition that causes Cybertronians' internal wiring to melt/arc/spark/otherwise catch fire. (Inspired by hearing "transformer fire" one too many times on the police radio on a stormy night.)
2. What would drive (fill in your favorite character here) to counseling or the Cybertronian equivalent of psychotherapy?
3. Wheeljack uses his reputation of being accident-prone to engage in some private civil disobedience: if he's asked to engineer a weapon he believes to be too dangerous or unethical to use, he makes sure it "accidentally" blows up before it leaves his lab.
4. He only appeared fearless because he feared life itself.
5. No one could have imagined how much chaos lived in Prowl's mind.
6. The Constructicons find a way to alter cosmic rust so that it can't be cured by Chorostop. Biological warfare ensues.
7. What if Skyfire's memory had been corrupted/couldn't be fully repaired, and he didn't remember Starscream when he was first thawed out?
8. Mirage/Thundercracker. I've written them platonically; I'm sure someone can make them work as more than platonic.
9. Groove tags along with some human cops. Bonus points if Groove gets dumped in the Animated universe and tags along with Captain Fanzone.
10. Are there different types of vital Cybertronian fluids, as there are different human blood types? What happens if someone receives a transfusion of the wrong type of fluid?
11. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe find themselves on opposite sides of a prank war.
12. A member of a gestalt team quits. Bonus points if it's the central member of the team.

Oddly enough, I can see this happening (oddly, because I don't watch Animated).
