Well I've been too quiet in this communtiy. Haven't replied nearly enough or at all lately to others. I shall try to rectify that. In the meantime I offer up more of those darnable bunnies.

1. Follow the third star(Scream) on the left and straight on ‘til morning.
Starscream: “These flying kids won’t stop following me!”

3. Everyone got Perceptor’s name wrong he is actually called Preceptor. 
Preceptor:
a: teacher, tutor 
b: the headmaster or principal of a school
2: the head of a preceptory of Knights Templars

3.B. Perceptor has a twin.

 
4. A Cybertronian Graveyard.

5. In stories I’ve read from the 2007 movie; for the Allspark to reproduce it ends up in a female but no-one seems to realise the concept that males can breed more then females. Where a female has 9 months to produce a baby, a male can be making ten, twenty, fifty, hundred+ females pregnant in the same time period.
Soooooo on that, the bunny is:
Both Megatron and Optimus were there when the Allspark was destroyed. 
Now both have this insatiable urge to interface. No-one is safe, no femme, Cybertronian or otherwise. 

 
6. The War began a-la Lord of the Flies. The adults disappeared leaving only the very young to survive on their own.

10. Autobots and Decepticons as the Seven Virtues/Sins
(I’m not entirely sure this has been done. I think it might be but just in case it isn’t.)
Well for every Sin there is an Opposing Virtue so whoever is which has their counterpart on the other faction. Or within their own, it is not necessary for all the Sins to be represented by a Decepticon or Virtues by an Autobot.

 

11. There is a struggle between good and evil and the spirits that incorporate the Sins and Virtues look for those they wish to gift with their very essence. In hopes they can bring a new dimension to the struggle.

12. The Dinobots discover exactly what their origins are.

 
13. A Transformer gets infected with Spyware.

14. The world, nay the universe was in peril. Shockwave, Ratchet, Wheeljack, Perceptor and Hook have joined their minds for a project. It just isn’t safe to leave your room anymore.

 
15. Frankenstein’s Robot!
An experiment went wrong. In fact the experiment is a bot and he hasn’t JUST gone wrong, he’s gone totally insane. Too many skills and codes have been encrypted into his body. All of them warring within his components, and his mind and body are simply unable to cope. 
Someone decided to create a Transformer combining Skywarp’s warping ability, Mirage’s invisibility, Hound’s holographic projections, Soundwave’s mind reading, Perceptor’s intelligence, Stunticon’s field ect… And now this Super Cybertronian is on the rampage.

 
16. Prowl decides not to be the logical serious one for once.

 
17. The Autobots and Decepticons love April Fool’s day, well some of them do at least. It’s also been made the day for the annual, Joker King contest! Best prankster wins the crown.

 
18. Cliffjumper is misunderstood. His enthusiasm and single-minded determination are often confused for hard-headiness, ignorance and aggression. It frustrates him when the likes of Ironhide is considered brave for his actions or Sunstreaker for his fighting skill. It just seems mini-bots are held to higher standards. So with these thoughts Cliffjumper becomes depressed and annoyed. But he’ll show them.

 
19. Crossover with original Godzilla.

 
20. The Dinobots meet Mecha-Godzilla.

 
21. The Transformers decide to write their own bunny lists.

 
22. G1. The Humans were just another organic species to the Autobots and Decepticons. Their home planet was dying and there just wasn’t time to be nice to the natives of Earth. 

 
23. Rumble and Frenzy run away to the Circus.

 
24. The crews of the Ark and Nemesis were in fact exiles of Cybertron. 
 

25. If you can’t beat them, join them. 
The Autobots suddenly find themselves enemies of Earth as the humans decide that siding with the Decepticons will be better odds for their own survival.

 
26. Wheeljack has seen The Addams Family! Now there is a Thing running around that used to be Wheeljack’s hand. O_O

 
27. Three Bots and a Sparkling.
An exploration team consisting of Mirage, Ironhide and Huffer (I loves Huffer! But you can have any three you like) come across a dying femme who gives them her sparkling to take care of before she dies. Follow the amusing struggles the three have to deal with, when they try to find the rest of their faction, do their job, fight a war and take care of a youngling all at the same time.

 
28.  Let my people go!

Going through wiki of the animated movie I now have these bunnies.
29.In the animated movie Snarl was missing out of the Dinobots. This is because he died.

Wiki: Starscream injures his own leg when it gets trapped while Autobot City is transforming. At first damage is shown, but it has completely healed minutes later. 
Starscream is not quite what he appears. He is in fact immortal, which is also why he is the only one of the dead to become a ghost.

Wiki: The Constructicons are first shown as being the same size as the rest of Decepticons. While inside Astrotrain, the Constructicons break out in a fight with Soundwave's casette (mini)bots. In this scene the Constructicons are roughly the same size as the casette (mini)bots.
All the gestalt teams get miniaturised to cassette size. It is only in their combined form they become ‘normal’ sized.

One of the regular sized Transformers is in fact a gestalt team in disguise.

Wiki: The telescope on Lookout Mountain mysteriously changes size.
Perceptor wasn’t happy with his latest assignment.

Wiki: Blaster is shown "pickin' up a signal" from Spike and Bumblebee while the surviving Autobots are rebuilding Autobot City. However, when the Decepticons attack later on, he is nowhere to be seen. He does not appear for the rest of the movie, yet is seen as alive and well during season 3.
Blaster never existed, so how come they reacted as if he and his cassettes were part of the Autobots?

Wiki: The song "The Touch" was later covered in the 1997 Paul Thomas Anderson film Boogie Nights by the character Dirk Diggler (Mark Wahlberg).
Optimus and Megatron before the war were porn stars.
The war was because each claimed to be the most ‘powerful’ Cybertronian.

Wiki: The universal greeting used by Kup and Hot Rod appears in the PC game Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne: when clicking numerous times on the hero Illidan, he responds with "Bah-weep-Graaaaagnah wheep ni ni bong! It's the universal greeting."
