Did you miss me?
1. The Autobots believe Perceptor is a prisoner of the Decepticons. But he's actually the prisoner of another Autobot and is being kept within the depths of the Ark.
2. When the Ark was being built, a killer stashes the body of his latest victim within it's walls. The body is not found and the walls are sealed up. However, the body wasn't as dead as the murderer thought. The victim, a youngling named Perceptor, laid in stasis for a long time while his repair systems worked on his injuries. When he woke up and found himself trapped within the walls of an unknown ship... well, he panicked. Too scared to leave, Perceptor made the walls his home. He made an exit so he could get Energon, but he doesn't stay outside for long. Teletraan is the only one who knows he's there, the semi-sentient computer basically adopting him and teaching him and helping him hide. Some of the other Autobots think he's a ghost. Some believe he doesn't exist at all. But all have heard him at least once during their time on the Ark.
3. Several Autobots find themselves pregnant. And they have no idea how they got that way since none of them have interfaced in a while. So... spawn of Primus? Unicron? Alien Experiment?
4. Smokescreen/Red Alert. Bonding over blackmail.
5. "When is too late, too late?"

'Transformers are an essential element of Native American religious philosophy, as these supernatural beings are responsible for the creation of the world as it is now in the age of the story-tellers. During the formative age, all beings had the ability to transform both themselves and things around them, as the world was fluid and changing. Hence, both cultural heroes and villains took part. Some transformations were intentional, such as the creation of humans and animals, but others were incidental, produced in the course of supernatural events. Transformers ensured that all of nature and culture had an origin that fitted logically into the beliefs and traditions of the tribe, securing a clear and powerful sense of social identity. Examples of Transformers are the culture heroes Coyote, Raven, Tiikuywuuti and Traveler.' ~Mythology of the North American Indian and Inuit Nations by Brian L Molyneaux.
