There's several Allspark!Sam fics where he gets captured/tortured by Simmons/revamped S7. I suddenly heard this line in my head.

Sam: What am I doing? Well, Reggie, I'm trying to decide whether or not to kill you, everyone who was in Sector 7 and anyone else in the government that you reported to and/or let you run free with your little, black-ops, alien-tech-acquisition agenda.
