1. When Sam was running with the Allspark, machines begun to come to life. What if this is how the Stunticons came to be in the Movie universe?
Sam passes by a car show perhaps?

 
2. The Decepticons discover that Cybertronian metal and water don’t mix. It’s really bad when your underwater base starts to fall apart from degradation and you find yourself trapped in a tomb of slow death.

5. We as humans initially define a male and female by their body shape. Perhaps for Cybertronians, it’s the face? A female’s face is considered special and so by law must be covered.

It’s because they were part of an experimental group of guinea pigs prior to the war.

57. In the G1 cartoon we often only saw some of the Autobots go out to deal with the bad boy Decepticons. This is because they unlike the Decepticons need to recharge a lot more often.

 
58. AU. Optimus is in fact a slaver and the Autobots are his harem of slaves. The Decepticons are actually bounty hunters and Megatron has been after Prime for a long time.

Hiding amongst the mortals Pandora took the form of Perceptor. Her/His curiousity perfectly in-sync with the Cybertronian mind. No-one knew him as anything BUT Perceptor and made no connection to the box he always carried.

84. Megatron loved Elita-1 but she chose Optimus over him. Before this he was a good mech, with noble ideals but jealousy caused him to glitch. Hence the war.

 
85. Amazonian Women remove one breast to improve their archery skill. For Cybertronian’s they lose their reproductive systems in order to make room for military hardware.

86. For Cybertronian’s Mech bonding with Mech was the norm. Mech with Femme was not and was frowned upon.

87. In China there is an influx of female infanticide. With their one child policy many parents are looking for male babies who can carry on the name and prove less costly. On Cybertron, although there is no policy on how many children you can have, producing a Mech is seen as a sign of good luck and fortune while producing a Femme is a sign of weakness and poor quality.
Mechs are considered better fighters and more accomplished and capable while Femme’s are seen as a drain on Energon resources and productivity. As both are capable of reproduction a Femme is seen as easily disposable.

 A. The Femmes that are in hiding are those who managed to avoid the cull.

B. Those that give birth to Femme’s try to hide the fact by creating Mech forms for them and passing them off as born as Mech’s.

C. Perceptor was born a femme and was one of those who was raised as a Mech.

D. Bluestreak was abandoned because he was a Femme.

E. Femme is considered an insulting term.

F. Movieverse: The Autobots disapprove of Sam and Mikaela’s relationship.

G. All Cassettes are defined as Femme’s, due to their size. Whether they actually are or not. 
(Although most are made on the basis of a Femme Spark. See H.)

H. Femme’s by law must have lighter built, weaker bodies. (A Spark defines a Mech or Femme not the body. The body is decreed by laws and pre-conceptions)

I. It was not because they were considered stupid that the Dinobots were seen as monstrous, it is because they were femme’s built with powerful bodies.

I.2 Ratchet and Wheeljack were practically made outcasts because of the Dinobots. But neither held the Femme laws in high regard and wanted to blast a hole in it’s prejudice. They were already attempting something sacrileges so what did it matter.
